When you submit your contact details through a form, WhatsApp flow, or any other lead capture mechanism on our platform, you consent to being contacted by our advisors or partner insurers for the purpose of fulfilling your insurance query.
Policy Kholo does not guarantee that you will be offered, approved for, or able to purchase any particular insurance policy. Final acceptance of any policy application is at the sole discretion of the issuing insurer, subject to their underwriting guidelines.
By using our platform, you agree to:

• Do not use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.

• Not impersonate another person or provide false contact information.
• Comply with all applicable Indian laws, including the Insurance Act, 1938, the IT Act, 2000, and IRDAI guidelines.

You may opt out at any time by replying "STOP" to any WhatsApp message. Opt-out requests will be processed within 24 hours. Please note that opting out may prevent us from fulfilling your service request.
All content on the Policy Kholo website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, tools, and code, is the intellectual property of Policy Kholo or its licensors and is protected under applicable Indian copyright and trademark laws.
